A circular walk starting from Minstead in the New Forest. We will initially pass through the villages of Minstead and Newtown before exloring some woodland and heathland on our way round. Please bring a packed lunch. There will be a pub stop towards the end of the walk at The Trusty Servant in Minstead.
: Football Green Car Park
: From J1 of M27 take the A31/A337 to Lyndhurst. Take first right off the A337 following signs to Minstead. The road initially bends to the left and after about 1/2 mile as you emerge from the trees the car park is on the right hand side of the road by a small cricket ground. If you are coming from Lyndhurst direction and heading North on the A337 take the first left to Minstead. After about 1/4 mile you will come to a crossroads. Turn right and the car park is 100 yards up the road on the left.
