Starting at Old Winchester Hill we will traverse the South Downs to Butser Hill (second highest point in Hampshire) before returning via Ye Olde George Inn. Please bring a packed lunch. Note that if the weather is very poor the route may be shortened.

: Take the A32 to Warnford. Opposite The George and Falcon Pub in Warnford turn into Hayden Lane and continue for 2 miles until you see the sign “Old Winchester Hill National Nature Reserve” which leads into the car park. (Nearest postcode: GU32 1HW)
