Setting of the famous novel by Richard Adams, where rabbits flee their destroyed warren to find a new home (watch the original movie, it's pretty grim!) Watership down and the area around it also offers some beautifully scenic walking which we will take full advantage of. This circular walk will also contain a visit to an ancient fort and the grave of one of the men who uncovered Tutankhamen. Please bring a packed lunch, there will be a pub stop for drinks towards the end.
