This is one of my favourite walks - great views and lots of points of interest. We'll start at the northern edge of Worthing, and after a steep climb onto the South Downs much of the walk follows the ridges, passing ancient hill forts, a dew pond and an 18th century windmill. Pub visit after walk.
: Public car park at northern end of The Gallops.
: Approaching from west, turn off A27 and follow road about three-quarters of a mile through High Salvington, first uphill then down. The car park is on the left towards the bottom of the descent.
