A hilly walk on the South Downs, including a picturesque well and some Bronze Age Barrow mounds. Also excellent views, all being well! This walk has several hills, some of them steep, so could be good training for anyone going on the Ridgeway expedition the following weekend. Note the relatively early start time. Please bring a packed lunch and, especially if it's hot, plenty of water.
