***CANCELLED*** The Great Stones Way - A step back in time II

Annual trip taking in a route with historic significance and walking in the footsteps of the past. This year we will walk in the footsteps of the first inhabitants of this island, neolithic man. These men worshipped ancient deities lost to history, what is not lost however is the monuments they built to honour them, The great stone circles. This walk, starting at Barbury Castle and ending at Old Sarum, takes in the most famous of these sites Stonehenge and Avebury and will be completed over two days (day one - 17 miles/ day two -22 miles), with an extra day of rest/ visit to these sites. Price is £21 per person for the three nights (Thursday, Friday and Saturday)
