Fancy spending an evening watching inspiring films about the big ol’ blue? The Kings Theatre in Portsmouth is hosting the Ocean Film Festival tour, brought to you by the same guys that put on the Banff film festival UK tour. Surfing, sharks, diving, waves, sailing, rowing, wildlife - the line-up of films looks really cool and if Banff was anything to go by the cinematography and soundtrack will be pretty epic too. : Address is 22-28 Albert Road, PO5 2SJ Best station is Fratton. Come out of station, turn left, walk down to main road, turn left and at the roundabout go right down Victoria road. Walk to another roundabout and go left down Victoria road. Keep on this road for 10-15 minutes until you come to Albert road. Go down this road and you will go past pubs and shops and Kings theatre is on the corner of Exmouth road.
