  • Walking and hiking activities carry inherent risks, and you participate at your own risk
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate fitness, equipment, and insurance
  • You must follow instructions from walk leaders and event organizers
  • We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove participants from events for safety or behavioral reasons
  • Bookings may be subject to availability and cancellation policies as communicated for each event

5. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We will:
